The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows (SmartScreen) or macOS (Gatekeeper) may warn about an “unidentified developer”. This is expected: on Windows click “More info → Run anyway”; on macOS, right-click the app → “Open”.
Open the app, sign in with your ArcaSign account and insert your card. You need the BCCR drivers (Soporte Firma Digital) installed.
Java is bundled — nothing else to install.
